Nisha is an ICF certified coach, trainer and supervisor, she is passionate about helping coaches and leaders with high aspirations to step up to their full potential. As a member of the Animas training team, she delivers the Transformative Coaching modules – and is currently working towards her EMCC accredited Diploma in Coaching Supervision. She is committed to bring out the best in others and help them become a powerful transformational coach or leader in any area that is important to them
She works in a wide range of ways from 121, group, corporate, youth and leadership coaching workshops.
Prior to setting up her own coaching practice, Nisha worked in the world of corporate Football and Sports, she has over 10 years’ experience in client and team management, working with international sporting bodies and premiere league clubs. Some would say she had a “dream job” she enjoyed some fantastic moments like delivering the London 2012 Olympic Games, Champions League Finals and working with many high profile names. However, her career took over her many areas of her life, she immersed herself into work which eventually led to “career burnout”. Thankfully, she has always had a keen interest in personal development and coaching, so she spent much of my private time developing her core coaching skills. She decided to take a leap of faith and launched herself into a full time career as a coach, which started here with Animas.
Nisha now works with a range of private clients and in partnership with businesses who are committed to developing high performance employees and productive, highly motivated teams. In addition to this, she also works as a Youth Coach and Mentor within high schools once a week, providing coaching support to children aged 11-16 from disadvantaged backgrounds.
In the training room. Nisha’s approach is engaging and fun, making the room feel at ease by opening up into the space and encouraging her coaches-in-training to do the same.
